Elżbieta Kosińska-Van Den Berg

Elżbieta Kosińska-Van Den Berg is a multilingual advocate fluent in English, Polish, and French. With extensive experience in civil, commercial, and international law, she has been advising companies—both large and small—on a wide range of legal matters including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, business law advisory services, and GDPR compliance. In addition to her corporate work, Elżbieta runs her own law firm where she provides legal services to individuals on matters such as succession planning and civil law. She has also been a long-time supporter of researchers, assisting them with intellectual property protection, reputation management, as well as contract preparation and negotiation. As part of her role within the Foundation, Elżbieta is dedicated to developing best practices for legal cooperation among researchers. Her department is actively working on establishing comprehensive guidelines that will promote fair collaboration while protecting all parties involved. By combining cutting-edge scientific research with robust legal frameworks, the Mummy Research Center Foundation strives to make meaningful contributions both in advancing our understanding of cancer and fostering global cooperation among researchers.
